What to Expect
A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Medicine Within Retreat at Xinalani is designed to help you slow down and return to yourself through guided movement practices, connection to the earth, and time to simply be.
Mornings start with mindful movement overlooking the ocean, followed by nourishing meals and free time to swim, unwind, or explore. Later in the day, we gather again for additional sessions, either to build on the practice or to slow things down with more restorative work. The daily rhythm is intentionally free-flowing, giving you space to reconnect in your own way.
This experience is designed as a peaceful, spacious reset. This is your chance to step away from everyday distractions and return to a deeper rhythm, one attuned to your body, breath, and nature. Nestled along Xinalani’s lush jungle coastline, each day weaves together Pilates, yoga, and somatic movement practices with plenty of time to rest, reflect, and take in the beauty around you.
Rather than pushing intensity, this experience emphasizes ease and balance, supporting nervous system regulation, accessible strength-building, and a deeper sense of presence. For those who want more challenge, there’s always the option to build on the practices and explore greater depth at your own pace. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed, with a stronger connection to both yourself and the natural world.
